The Aged One’s Exultation Talisman is an item you can only round up in Elden Ring’s Shadow of the Erdtree expansion. This useful accessory increases your attack power when Madness is applied in your vicinity, which makes it excellent for anyone willing to go through the minor inconvenience of applying it to themselves — which is all part of the plan if you’re aiming for a Lightning Perfumer build.

Where to find the Aged One’s Exultation talisman
You can find the Aged One’s Exultation Talisman by defeating the Aging Untouchable enemy northwest of the Abandoned Church in the Abyssal Woods region. The fastest way to reach the foe is by starting from the Church Ruins Site of Grace. From the Site of Grace, make your way to the spot in the photo below.
Here, you’ll find an enemy you’d typically want to hide from in the nearby grass, as it can’t be killed normally. However, you’ll actually need to slay this baddie to get the Aged One’s Exultation Talisman — but you’ll need to get a bit creative.
You can’t take this foe on via traditional attacks. Instead, you’ll need to wait until it begins to use its grab attack on you, at which point you’ll need to perfectly time a parry and throw off its groove. While it’s vulnerable, you can wail away on it until it’s defeated, which will cause it to drop the Aged One’s Exultation Talisman.
